Our next Meeting
This will be our LAST meeting for 2021
Our next meeting will be on November 25 and will be a share night.
This will be a very SPECIAL evening, spot lighting the work of our 'project' members in 2019
What is a 'project' you ask?
At the beginning of 2019 a very small group of members formed a group, each member then chose a subject that they would spend the year photographing and just letting their creative juices flow. The ideas they started with are not necessarily what they ended up with. Completing a 'project' is not just a matter of choosing a subject, going out one day and taking a few photos then editing them. The process does take almost a year to complete as each member begins to push their photographic boundaries with the encouragement of the others in the group.
Presenting the images in an novel, exciting manner is another very important part of the 'project'.
The 'project' should have been presented to you at the beginning of 2020, but Covid 19 got in the way, now we do have pleasure in presenting it to you.
So please, make the effort to come along to support and congratulate our members who have completed 'the project'.
Peter will also be giving a quick talk on the do's and don'ts for our set subject in February on 'Public Buildings'.
The March set subject is 'Abandoned' and Mike will give you all some hints on how to achieve image excellence for this topic too.
All the usual Covid 19 regulations apply.
