SEQ 2019
The judging has been done, the results are in but we are gagged. We can't give you the results yet. Those who were there on judging day may have already passed on the great news of our multiple winners in multiple sections, but for now it is all hush, hush. Stay tuned.

Fortunately we can show you the winners from our Nature Comp on April 12th.
With a score of 9 points in the ART Photography Print section was Lara Irvine with her fabulous image entitled 'Lotus'.
Also with a score of 9 points in the A Grade Nature Digital section was Ty Fox with his amusing image entitled 'Did You Bring the Paper'.
River City Comp Reminder
Lara is asking that all members submit print entries for this competition. It has only mono or colour sections and is open to both A and B grade members.
So if you scored a 7, 8 or 9 in any of our comps from later than River City 2018 then PLEASE bring your prints along on our next Share Night on April 24th. Your Dpi's with name of image and your name at a max size 1400 x 1050 (different to our club) should be emailed to Lara at [email protected]
As only 2 images per section per member can be entered by the club it means we need LOTS of images from you.

Thank you
A big thank you to all the members who gave up their time on SEQ judging day to help out. Without the effort from those who prepared morning tea and lunch, the print handlers, scrutineers and all the other assistants the day would not have been the success it was.
Special thanks must also go to Ed and Keven for the endless hours of work and planning they put in to make the day run smoothly. At times during the day they were put under tremendous pressure with technical problems but they shone through. Thank you guys.

Help for Claire
I would not normally do this but 2 of our members have been assisting this lady recently. Claire originally asked Annette Scott to take some photos of her as she competes in the 4 Week Shred - a weight loss program with a $5000.00 prize. As we know Annette is away so Gerry stepped in to assist. Claire is desperate to take her children back to the UK to visit family. All you have to do is give a like on Facebook for her. m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10157126402664600&id=514579599&sfnsn=mo
