Shoot & Move
Thats the subject for our share night on Wednesday, March 24
Have you ever missed a photo opportunity because you were too slow off the mark, or been in a situation where you had limited time, such as on an organized excursion? Maybe your partner is just fed up with waiting around while you are concentrating on shooting the photo of the year? Well help is at hand as our next Share Night will give you the opportunity to hone in on that skill and have fun doing so with our Shoot and Move session. All will be revealed on the night but whatever you do...do not forget your camera! |
It would be great if you can try to arrive at about 7.00 pm for our regulation Covid 19 sign in,
then Gerry will open the meeting at 7.15 pm, give us an update on whats been happening and
then hand the mic over to Helen who will fill you in on what the fun evening will all be about..
Ken and Colleen will be there to once again to provide us with supper.
See you there.

Your thoughts please
Following on from our AGM we will be holding a General Meeting later in the year, possibly around July to discuss how our competitions should be organised. What we would like from YOU are your thoughts on how our comps should be made up.
1. Do you want open, set, mono, creative categories?
2. How many images should you be allowed to enter to each category?
3. Do you feel that some categories can be combined as A and B grades (eg, like we do with creative)?
If you have ideas, please send them to me and your thoughts will be discussed at our commitee meetings.
Of course you are welcome to come in person to one of those meetings as well. We (the committee) are currently discussing all of the above, so your input will be greatly appreciated.
